About CycleLead
CycleLead was built on a simple idea: most small businesses are already sitting on the revenue they need. It's just buried in an old spreadsheet nobody's touched in two years.
Our Mission
Every small business owner knows the feeling — you're constantly spending money trying to find new customers while a list of people who already trusted you once sits completely untouched.
That list isn't dead. Those people just haven't heard from you. CycleLead exists to close that gap — with a lean, proven process that turns dormant contacts into real booked appointments.
We don't run ads. We don't do cold outreach to strangers. We work entirely with data your business already owns, and we do it on a performance model because we only win when you win.
The Founder
I started CycleLead because I kept seeing the same problem with small businesses: they were pouring money into ads and lead generation while completely ignoring the most valuable asset they already had — a list of people who had already shown interest.
The fix isn't complicated. A short, personal email — written like it came from the owner, not a marketing department — sent to the right people at the right time. No graphics, no unsubscribe banners, no corporate tone. Just a real message that reminds someone why they liked this business in the first place.
I built CycleLead around a performance model because I believe in the work. If I'm not recovering revenue for you, I shouldn't be getting paid. It's that simple.
Why It Works
Corporate-looking email blasts get ignored. Personal-looking emails get read. Here's why our approach consistently outperforms traditional email marketing.
Plain-text emails avoid the Promotions tab and spam filters that catch HTML marketing blasts. They land in the primary inbox — where people actually read.
These aren't cold strangers. They've already interacted with your business. A familiar name in their inbox has a completely different effect than an ad.
Every email reads like it came directly from the business owner — casual, specific, human. Readers don't feel marketed to. They feel like someone remembered them.
We group contacts by behavior and send targeted copy to each segment — past customers and old inquiries get completely different angles and messaging.
How We Operate
